Each of the three machines must meet these requirements independently.
Deploying across three PCs
- Open your delivery email. Your key or keys and the official download link arrive at the checkout address, usually within minutes of payment clearing.
- Uninstall older Visio versions on every machine before you begin. Leftover installations are a far more common cause of activation trouble than faulty keys.
- Install one PC at a time. Download and run the installer on the first machine, choosing 64-bit unless you have a reason not to.
- Activate before moving on — open Visio, go to File → Account, enter the key and let it verify online. Confirming seat one works before starting seat two makes any problem far easier to isolate.
- Repeat on the remaining machines, following the seat instructions in your delivery email.
- Record which key went to which PC. Five minutes of note-taking now saves considerable guesswork if a machine is later replaced.

This depends on how the pack is issued, and your delivery email states exactly which applies to your order along with per-seat instructions. Either way the licence covers three installations. Email us your order number if the instructions aren't clear and we'll confirm.
Can the three installations be on different people's computers?
Yes. The three seats do not have to belong to one person, so a small team can run one seat each. What the pack does not permit is exceeding three concurrent installations — a fourth machine needs an additional licence.
What happens if one of the three PCs is replaced or fails?
Reactivation on replacement hardware depends on the licence type and Microsoft's terms, which vary by region and agreement. Remove Visio from the old machine first where possible, then contact us with your order number and we'll advise on that specific seat.
Is this cheaper than buying three single-PC licences?

No. Visio LTSC 2024 is a Windows desktop application only. Microsoft publishes no native Mac version, and browser-based Visio for the web is part of the subscription plans rather than a perpetual licence.
